Project results evaluation
The expected results have been achieved. Acquired knowledge based on new analytical methods development enables the following of specified mycotoxins in masked forms and their behaviour during technological processes. This fact enables the choise of rawmaterials and corrections of technological procedures to minimize their content in final cereal products.
