    Cílem projektu je: a) vyhodnotit odstraňování dusíku a fosforu ze zemědělských drenážních vod v různých typech experimentálních mokřadů (horizontální podpovrchový průtok, podpovrchový vertikální průtok směrem dolů a nahoru, horizontální povrchový průtok); b) porovnat kumulaci živin v různých druzích mokřadní vegetace jak v modelových, tak provozních podmínkách – na české straně Phalaris arundinacea, Glyceria maxima, Typha latifolia, Phragmites australis, Scirpus sylvaticus a Carex nigra – na čínské straně Cyperus alternifolius, Arundo donax, Arundo donax var. versicolor, Thalia dealbata, Canna indica, Vetiveria zizanoides, Iris tectorum a Hymenocallis littorallis; c) navrhnout základní parametry umělého mokřadu vhodného pro eliminaci živin z drenážních vod; d) vyhodnotit složení mikrobiálního společenstva v rhizosféře mokřadů v závislosti na typu umělého mokřadu a rostlinném druhu;

    More projects for water environment improvement and ecological restoration was solved successfully. Rely on this, and combine with the great experience professor Jan Vymazal and his team, they mend to develop deeper and substantive communicate and cooperate on the nitrogen and phosphors removal and degradation mechanism in constructed wetland, meanwhile, to share experience on ecological engineering education and research platform construction. Through this project, they would like to increase the exchange visits actively, promote the international academic communication and development, and strive to be a model of China-Czech research cooperation. This progress was published in a reviewed open-access journals.
