Cílem projektu je realizace mobilit juniorských pracovníků ÚCHP se zaměřením na rozvoj jejich dovedností a kompetencí a získání zkušeností ze zahraničních pracovišť. Rozvoj odbornosti perspektivních pracovníků pomocí stáží na mezinárodních renomovaných pracovištích v oblastech důležitých pro další rozvoj ÚCHP je nezbytnou součástí kariérního vývoje vědeckých pracovníků a nedílnou součástí profesního a odborného růstu vědeckého pracovníka, která umožní také navázání nových kontaktů se špičkovými pracovišti v zahraničí.

Project results evaluation
Within the project, 7 field internships and 1 arrival internship were implemented. The internship was linked to issues within the doctoral study and developed in cooperation with a renowned foreign workplace. Some were completed by postdoctoral students, to increase the competencies of prospective employees with regard to their individual development and the scientific direction of the broadcasting institution. E.g. postdoctoral student Ing. Krystyník in Germany has gained knowledge in the field of processing solid matrices by a combination of thermal and hydrometallurgical methods in order to obtain nutritional elements. Upon his return, a grant application was prepared for the GA CR. Ing. Krystyník is currently applying for a project within the Junior Star GA CR competition. Without completing an internship, he would not be able to apply for a similar project. The internship thus significantly contributed to the individual development of one of the promising researchers of ÚCHP.
