Project results evaluation
The goal of the project was met - to increase the competencies of ÚTAM employees (especially beginning R&D employees), to gain new knowledge and to create new and strengthen existing international ties. The cooperation, in the form of staff exchanges, has brought about a significant expansion of the possibilities for sharing the research activities of all participating partners in the field of materials science, structural mechanics and biomechanics through the use of a common infrastructure. The project also contributed to the further development of the professional and qualification profile of members of the ÚTAM / CET research teams, especially workers in the category of doctoral and postdoctoral students, and to the increase of the participation of these beginning researchers in international research projects.
