Pokročilá technologie pro neinvazivní diagnostiku srdeční elektro-mechaniky - VDI monitor

  • Project results evaluation

The information obtained by processing and displaying high-frequency signals using VDI or HF-BSM provides a more detailed view of the course of depolarization of the heart chambers. These findings may be of great clinical importance in the following areas: 1) in the selection of patients for resynchronization therapy, as standard criteria based on the duration or morphology of the QRS complex lead to an insufficient response to this treatment; 2) optimizing the settings of the device for resynchronization therapy after surgery using a fast, and affordable method; 3) optimization of the stimulation electrode placement and setting of the stimulation system during the procedure.
