Project goals
Presented proposal of Grant Projects stems from the results of the Grant No: IAA 213 430: "Functional Reliability Analysis of Systems Alliances" which the mostly identical team carried out in the period of 2003 /2005. The goals of the proposed project reflect the major open tasks which have been met during the work on the previous grant: I. Construction and Verification of the Dynamic Multilingual Model of Systems Alliance II. Analysis of the Translation Processes of the Alliance Languages owing Incomplete Grammars III. Working out of the "Phase Sensitive" Model of the Alliance Interface IV. Verification of the Methodologies of Systems Alliances Analysis on the background of Genetic Approaches and Artificial Neural Networks V. Formulating the Prerequisites and Conditions of the Systems Alliance Efficiency utilizing the Concept of Information Power. Applications could be foreseen in transportation, telecommunication, or generally in socio ? technical and social complexes.

Předkládaný návrh grantového projektu navazuje na grant IAA 212 4301, s názvem "Analýza funkční spolehlivosti systémových aliancí", řešený obdobným řešitelským týmem v období 2003 / 2005. Cíle navrhovaného projektu reflektují podstatné otevřené úlohy, snimiž se řešitelé grantu IAA 213 4301 setkali: I. Navrhnout a ověřit dynamický multijazykový model systémové aliance. II. Analyzovat procesy překladu jazyků s neúplnými aliančními gramatikami. III. Rozpracovat "fázově citlivý" model dynamiky aliančního rozhraní. IV. Ověřit metodiky analýzy systémových aliancí, založené na genetických přístupech a umělých neuronových sítích. V. Formulovat podmínky existence a efektivity systémové aliance s využitím konceptu informačního výkonu. Dosažení těchto cílů významně posune úroveň poznání dynamiky složitých, heterogenních celků po stránce objektové i metodologické. Aplikace lze očekávat v dopravě, telekomunikacích i v jiných sociotechnických a sociálních celcích.

Project results evaluation
Dynamics of Systems Alliances has been studied on the model of interface, via quantum models and utilizing multilingual models as well. All goals fulfilled. Outputs:11 journal articles, 1 book, 18 articles in proceedings, 20 seminars,11 research reports.
