The study of relation between the activity of type - V collagenase and level of s-ICAM1 and s-VCAM1 in sera and synovial fluids to the prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis

Project goals

A study will be made of the content and activity of gelatinase B and the levels of the soluble forms of immunoglobulins ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the blood serum and in the synovial fluid of patients with early rheumatoid arthritis. In the material a correlation will be drawn between the content and activity of gelatinase B and the levels of s ICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 and the levels of sICAM-1 and sVC.
