Postmortální analýza souboru arytmických nemocných léčených implantabilními přístroji
Annotation in Czech
Příčina smrti u arytmických pacientů se zaimplantovaným přístrojem se líší podle typu přístroje. U kardiostimulátorů budou převládat ne-kardiální příčiny úmrtí, u ICD kardiální etiologie. Kontrola stavu implantovaného systému post-mortem pomůže k vyloučení dysfunkce systému jako příčiny smrti. Analýza příčin smrti u těchto pacientů může přispět ke zkvalitnění péče o arytmické pacienty v budoucnosti.
