Vývoj komplexního diagnostického systému pro predikci odpovědi nemocné s karcinomem prsu cílenou léčbou (předběžně pojmenován PredictBreast). Součástí tohoto systému bude kombinovaná imunohistochemická a genetická (FISH) souprava pro vyšetření statusu genu Her-2/neu a detekční systém pro vyšetření steroidních receptorů (ER a PR) vhodné pro rutinní klinické použití.

Project results evaluation
Molecular diagnostics on the basis of FISH, immunuhistochemistry and real-time RT-PCR were developed. Those diagnostics were used in routine clinical practice and some of them are currently produced and sold by collaborating companies.
