*Research of dry anaerobic fermentation of different kind of Biomasses for production of biogas

Project goals

*Research of optimizing production of biogas in biogas plant using solid biomass such as: manure of cattle, maize silage (solid contants 35 %), grass silage (solid contants 40 %) and human organic waste. By organic waste will be trace presence of Salmonella enterica.Particular kinds of biomasses will be evaluated separete and in combination. Evaluation will be made in 2 stages during of one year. Conclusion of evaluation will issued by booklet and conference. Prospective successful knowledges by sanitation of human organic waste will be patented

    *Výzkum optimalizace produkce bioplynu v bioplynové stanici na pevnou biomasu u substrátů: Chlévská mrva skotu, kukuřičná siláž (sušina nad 35 %), travní senáž (sušina nad 40 %) a komunální organický odpad. U komunálního organického odpadu bude sledovánírozšířeno o návrh a ověření postupu k jeho hygienizaci, přičemž kriteriem bude stanovení přítomnosti Salmonella enterica, Jednotlivé hmoty budou hodnoceny samostatně a v kombinacích. Hodnocení bude probíhat ve 2 etapách po dobu jednoho roku.Sledování bude zakončeno vydáním příručky a konferencí. Případné úspěšné poznatky s hygienizací komunálního organického odpadu budou patentovány.

    Process of "dry" fermentation was partly optimalized. It was constructed research centrum. We get relative value for compare of biomass. Were verified different prescription in biogas power station. We get absolute value about biogas production.
