In the course of the research plan solving the annotated methodologies have been thoroughly fulfilled, and that related to the scheduled terms as well as expert scope of activities. Submitted final solution is the example of successful cooperation of universities and Academy of Sciences with the practice. A number of significant results has been achieved.
