Novel aspects of hops use for agricultural, agroecological and phytomedicinal applications

Project goals

Research of wild hops variability at the territory of Slovakia and commercially grown hops from the point of agro-ecological, brewing and pharmaceutical utilization point of view will be carried out. Descriptors, chemical and molecular-genetic methods will be used to characterize genetic resources of hops. Obtained data will be utilized for education, publication and preparation of the new international project. Plant extracts will be tested in laboratory as well as in filed conditions to determine their efficiency on pests and diseases for possible using within organic hop growing. Descriptors will be filled into the database of hop genetic resources. The results will be published and presented at international scientific meetings.

Nové aspekty využití chmele pro zemědělské, agroekologické a fytomedicinské aplikace

  • Annotation in Czech

Deskriptory budou zařazeny do databáze genetických zdrojů chmele, dosažené výsledky budou publikovány.
