Cílem předkládaného projektu je bližší identifikace úrovně cytoplazmatického zrání prasečích oocytů v závislosti na folikulárním vývoji. Jako marker stavu cytoplazmy bude sledován stav kortikálních granul, složení zony pellucidy a budou sledovány parametry mitochondriální respirace oocytů.
