  • Annotation in Czech

The JRP aims to address the regulatory needs of Raman spectroscopy related to: conventional Raman spectroscopy, tip-enhanced Raman scattering, and multi-photon Raman scattering. The JRP will improve measurement reliability, establish traceability, develop reference samples and will prepare related documentary standards.

Main project aim was to improve reproducibility of various spatially resolved Raman measurements (e.g. micro-Raman, TERS) and to estimate uncertainty of these measurements. CMI focused on electromagnetic field modeling for locally enhanced methods like Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy and developed tools for these simulations.
