Project results evaluation
The result of the project MIRSA is the introduction of commercial production of unique crystalline materials (mercurous halides, especially calomel) for high-tech acousto-optical applications (e.g. new devices Mid IR Laser Dazzler (AOPDF) and High Speed/ High Resolution Spectrometer for the mid infrared region spectrum), both for use in terrestrial conditions, and for space applications.
