Project results evaluation
The project established a new interdisciplinary and intersectoral cooperation between partners from the EU and Japan, demonstrated the applicability of innovative UV LED technologies in the supply of drinking water, piloted the use of UV LEDs for wastewater recycling, characterized the effect of UV on the fate of micropollutants and metabolites and the impact on water quality.
