Mezi hlavní cíle projektu patří: Výzkum v oblasti formalizace a systematizace biomedicínských vizualizací, návrh vhodné taxonomie technik s ohledem na povahu vstupních dat, uživatele a dané úkoly. 2–3 společné publikace odeslané k recenzi do mezinárodních časopisů a na konference (např. IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TCVG), Computer Graphics Forum, IEEE VIS, EG EuroVis, and IEEE PacificVis). Příprava společného mezinárodního výzkumného projektu na téma biomedicínské vizualizace. Zavedení formy dvojitého doktorského studia mezi MU a TU Wien. Sestavení sady výzkumných témat vhodných pro realizaci magisterskými studenty v rámci projektu ERASMUS+.

The project was implemented within the framework of the MOBILITY Activity, whose main objective is to establish and deepen contacts with foreign research institutions.
