Mechanismus regulace kořenového systému deriváty aromatických cytokininů

Hlavním cílem projektu je propojení dvou důležitých pracovišť zabývajících se regulátory růstu a fyziologií rostlin. Molekulárně- biologická charakterizace nových ArCK by mohla vést k důkladnějšímu objasnění regulace vývoje kořenového systému a struktury kořenů, nebo umožnit podrobnější pochopení funkce CK signalizace v modelové rostlině Arabidopsis thaliana. Získané poznatky je pak možné uplatnit v biotechnologiích, zejména mikropropagacích rostlin.
