Útoky postranními kanály na algoritmy postkvantové kryptografie

Naším primárním cílem je (1) navrhnout a demonstrovat nové útoky postranním kanálem na nejmodernější implementace, (2) navrhnout, implementovat a (3) vyhodnotit protiopatření proti útokům postranním kanálem na současné slibné kandidáty na standardizaci postkvantových algoritmů, hlavně kryptosystémy Classic McEliece a NTRU. Pokud bude NISTem standardizován pouze jeden z kandidátů, zdůrazníme naše úsilí na tento algoritmus. Všechna naše zjištění budou odpovídajícím způsobem zveřejněna, což by mělo pomoci celkovému úsilí NIST a kryptografické komunity poskytovat bezpečné implementace a standardy pro postkvantovou kryptografii. V důsledku toho poskytneme sadu doporučení pro bezpečnou implementaci vybraných algoritmů v daných technologiích s cílem eliminovat riziko útoků na postranními kanály. Jedním z cílů je také prohloubení vědecko-výzkumné spolupráce s francouzským partnerem.
