Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je určit úlohu a význam trestního práva hmotného při ochraně práv dítěte v evropské perspektivě, zejména s ohledem na polskou a českou trestněprávní legislativu. Hlavním výzkumným úkolem je vytvořit ucelený přehled o trestněprávním systému ochrany práv dětí v Polsku a České republice jehož výsledná podoba bude monografie s názvem Role trestního práva při ochraně práv dětí v evropské perspektivě, s důrazem na polskou a českou právní úpravu. Monografie bude obsahovat nejen deskripci právního stavu de lege lata v Polsku a České republice, ale na základě analýzy trestního práva hmotného z pohledu ochrany práv dětí budou formulovány rovněž postuláty de lege ferenda.
