1) Development of a radiation detectors for detection and separation of charged and neutral particles in harsh environmental conditions as found around fusion reactors. This shall be achieved by the innovative combination of 4H-SiC with cutting-edge hybrid pixel detectors. 2) Develop methodology and assess the capability of the device for neutron and radiation dosimetry with focus on nuclear energy, medical irradiation facilities and space.
