The influence of the new added biocomponents on the fate and behaviour of fuels in the environment in case of emergency situations
Project goals
To modify the current methodology for the process of emergency intervention in case of fuel leakage to take into account an additive presence including new added biocomponents and their influence on the contaminant migration in the environment.

Project results evaluation
The project was conducted tests fuel solubility in water and test the dynamics of the spread of the tested fuels rock environment. The results of the experiments confirmed that the addition of polar bio-components in motor fuels increases the overall solubility.
