Česká divadelní encyklopedie - Biografický slovník: Činoherní divadlo realizované v české řeči (1862-1918)

Návrh je součástí komplexního projektu Česká divadelní encyklopedie, který zpracovává Divadelní ústav Praha. Směřuje k vytvoření biografických hesel osob, činných v letech 1862 - 1918 na našem území v českojazyčném činoherním a loutkovém divadle. Plynulenaváže na předchozí dokončenou část projektu, jejímž předmětem bylo sepsání hesel divadelníků činných před rokem 1862. Práce si klade za cíl postihnout všechny složky činoherního a loutkového divadla, tzn. samostatná hesla budou mít režiséři, herci, výtvarníci, dramatici, překladatelé, kritici, divadelní ředitelé. Textace hesel osob z 20. století navíc povede k otevření a řešení metodologických a koncepčních otázek, které s sebou pojednání divadla tohoto období zcela jistě přinese.

The key outcome is an extensive list of biographical entries concerning the representatives of Czech-language drama of the period of 1862 to 1918. What certainly deserves appreciation is the editors? professional and systematic approach and the outstanding contribution of the project to theatre science.
