Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je zpřístupnit historická prostorová a statistická data pro využití v prostředí geografických informačních systémů (GIS). Předpokladem je digitalizace hranic státu, krajů a okresů v letech 1921-2011 pro území současné České republiky a dále městských obvodů a katastrálních území v Praze. Samostatným cílen je aplikace výsledků do oblasti všech stupňů vzdělávání, prezentace na mezinárodních konferencích a v domácích a mezinárodních vědeckých publikacích.

Project results evaluation
The goals of applied research have been achieved. The rate of fulfilling the entire expected structure of results may be reached, if the publication of the B category (Historical Population Atlas of the Czech Lands) is submitted for print in 2016. In that case, it would be a significant scientific and cultural achievement of historical significance.
