The purpose of the project was to build a Regional R&D Centre, which consisted in the provision of premises necessary for the implementation of research programmes, in a different form than the construction or reconstruction of building/buildings, the acquisition of instrumental and infrastructural equipment, the staffing of the Centre and the launching of research programmes. The main purpose was fulfilled.
