Projekt je zaměřen na uplatnění absolventů doktorských studijních programů, na jejich další odborný růst a rozvoj. Hlavním prostředkem pro dosažení komplexního cíle projektu je vznik a kvalitní obsazení 20 postdok pozic s důrazem na posílení výzkumných kapacit BC. Základním předmětem projektu je realizace výběrových řízení na 20 konkrétních postdok pozic, zabezpečení jejich odborné působnosti.

Project results evaluation
In the starting point it was necessary to make an open competition for 21 postdocs positions. During the implementation several postdocs left the project which however didn´t fundamentally involve the sub-objectives. The main objective - continuous professional development and research profiling of the PhD. graduates was fulfilled.
