Biotechnological expert in structural biology and gene expression
Project goals
The aim of the project is to create high-quality biotechnology science team integrating two outstanding postdoctoral scientists. These researchers will work on the primary target group, researcher IBT first working incubator in Vestec. After the openingof the center BIOCEV the scope extended to all staff of this center. Cooperation postdocs, mentors and target groups to build a strong and unique expert team able to apply modern methods of biotechnology research. Postdocs are also involved in the actionof the target group of students and staff through universities seminars. The project will increase the education, skills and competitiveness of the target groups, the introduction of advanced techniques in biotechnology research, obtaining new results and their publication and promotion of further career development postdocs.

Cílem projektu je podpořit vytvoření kvalitního biotechnologického vědeckého týmu integrací dvou vynikajících postdoktorálních vědců. Tito vědečtí pracovníci budou působit na primární cílovou skupinu, vědecké pracovníku BTÚ nejprve pracující v inkubátoruve Vestci. Po otevření centra BIOCEV se působnost rozšíří na všechny pracovníky tohoto centra. Spolupráce postdoktorandů, mentorů a cílové skupiny vybuduje silný a unikátní expertní tým schopný aplikovat nejmodernější metody biotechnologického výzkumu.Postdoktorandi se rovněž účastní působení na cílovou skupinu studentů a pracovníků univerzit formou seminářů. Výsledkem projektu bude zvýšení vzdělání, kvalifikace a konkurenceschopnosti cílových skupin, zavedení pokročilých metod do biotechnologického výzkumu, získání nových výsledků a jejich publikace a podpora dalšího kariérního rozvoje postdoktorandů.

Project results evaluation
The aim of the project was to support further career development of postdocs, introduction of advanced methods in biotechnology research, increasing education, skills and competitiveness of the target groups and last but not least, obtaining new results and their publications.
