Posílení vědeckých pracovišť Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě
Annotation in Czech
Projekt je zaměřen na posílení tří vědecko-výzkumných týmů o 3 mladé akademické pracovníky s potenciálem VaV činnosti. Tito budou zapojení do akademické a VaV činnosti týmů, posílí se tak konkurenceschopnost a uplatnitelnost poznatků VaV pracovišť v praxi, rozvoj nových badatelských aktivit. Bude podpořena jejich mobilita faktická i interesektorální (KA3), budou zapojení do VaV činnosti týmů (KA4) a po celou dobu bude kladen důraz na rozvoj jejich individuálního odborně-vědeckého potenciálu. Zapojením postdoků do akademické a edukační činnosti týmů bude prováděno systematicky, formou přednášek, seminářů a workshopů.

Project results evaluation
The project provided for the filling of positions postdocs who were admitted to the scientific team. Plans were developed mentoring and postdoc started preparing their own research and publication of R & D activity. They attended professional lectures, domestic and international conferences, internships abroad. It has been verified and evaluated potential acquired all postdocs.
