Cílem projektu je posílení a zkvalitnění personálního zabezpečení Středoevropského technologického institutu (CEITEC) a přenos nově získaných dovedností na cílovou skupinu akademických pracovníků a studentů vysokých škol. V rámci projektu dojde ke zkvalitnění lidských zdrojů jak na úrovni managementu centra, tak na úrovni výzkumných programů a skupin. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím angažování zkušených pracovníků na pozice vědeckého a výkonného ředitele, kteří svou činností podpoří vytvářeníkvalitních týmů výzkumného centra.

Project results evaluation
The aim of the project was to create the position of senior executive and thereby improve the management center of the Central European Institute of Technology. The executive director was Markus Dettenhofer who ensured the transfer of acquired skills to the target group workers and university students, through personal mentoring, lectures and workshops.
