The project is oriented on creating the methodics of direct and indirect costs under the conditions of Mendelova univerzita v Brně (MENDELU). This methodics is going to enable monitoring and accounting really expended costs for the projects (both directand indirect).

    There was analysed the initial state of the areas that should be affected by the preparation and implementation of full costing. It was created an information system to support full costing, adjusted HR module in SAP and an expanded treatment and IS Facility and Property Management System so that its functionality meet the requirements of full costing.
