Project results evaluation
During the project, several laboratories were structurally modified (chemical synthesis laboratory, laboratory for material characterization, transmission electron microscopy laboratory) and a number of instruments were purchased for the needs of the center's scientific team. These investments made it possible to focus on the set research tasks and will be important for the work of the center in the future. There were published almost two hundred publications, the vast majority of which were published in important international journals. The research brought new knowledge and procedures in the preparation of zeolites and new materials not yet synthesized, as well as in the preparation and study of molecular materials with the potential for nonlinear optics and also in the field of the preparation of polymer nanoparticles for the controlled release of therapeutic substances with the potential for use in e.g. healthcare, the production of filters or tissue engineering.
