Employees involved in the project, both in its professional implementation part and in the CS project, have significantly expanded, deepened or newly acquired comprehensive competence in the field of at least in CR relatively new discipline - i.e. in the field of technology transfer and further in the field of intellectual property protection in the environment of public R&D organization. Managers and administrators have increased their knowledge and skills in the field of EU project management in the field of training. In the professional part in the area of TT and IP, the staff of the NUDZ organisation has broadened and deepened its knowledge in the area:Legal framework of TT and IP protection in the conditions of R&D in CR; Marketing in the R&D sector;Establishment and specifics of the so-called "spin-off" companies in the R&D sector in CR; General entrepreneurship in the R&D sector;Specific part of the staff also in the field of clinical trials of new drugs and management.
