Projekt umožní absolventům doktorského studijního programu Konstrukce a dopravní stavby být připraveni na řešení současných problémů ve stavebnictví, které se vyznačují nejistým podnikatelským prostředím a zároveň požadavky na urychlování veškerých procesů týkajících se výstavby a udržování dopravní a energetické infrastruktury. Projekt dále umožní studentovi doktorského studia, aby si vytvořil představa o reálných možnostech takových materiálů, čímž později jako absolvent získá výraznou výhodu, a hlavně jistotu, při výběru vhodných materiálů a technologií. Hlavními cíli jsou: poskytnutí praktických zkušeností studentům doktorského studia při aktivní účasti na současném výzkumu; poskytnutí numerických nástrojů pro vyhodnocování vlivu nejistot na jejich rozhodnutí; získání schopností tvorby numerických modelů odpovídajících reálnému chování materiálů a konstrukcí zjištěných při experimentálním vyšetřování

Project results evaluation
It was managed to modernize and supplement the existing research infrastructures and thus enable the graduates of the study program Construction and Transport Structures to prepare for the solution of current problems in the construction industry. Graduates, whose doctoral topic included work in a laboratory, gained the ability to better imagine the real possibilities of building materials or entire structures during their studies. Their experience in the laboratory can significantly speed up decision-making processes thanks to their experience in handling data that contains uncertainties. The project also allows to test the connection and validation of advanced numerical simulations with the results of laboratory and field tests. The possibilities of laboratory and field tests in the areas of building and transport construction of concrete and steel structures, road and railway construction and foundation of buildings were modernized and expanded.
