Project results evaluation
The project contributed to the improvement of the infrastructure for the doctoral study of chemistry, and thus to the improvement of the readiness of graduates of doctoral programs in chemistry for their profession. These goals were fulfilled by the acquisition of five new devices, which have been actively used at all stages of studies since their installation, but especially at doctoral studies. The output of the project is new instrumentation for students of chemical disciplines. These are laboratory instruments: quadrupole mass spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma source, laser ablation system, porosimeter, high-resolution mass spectrometer and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The newly acquired infrastructure is used in the new doctoral study programs in Chemistry with 5 specializations and in the doctoral study program in Analytical Geochemist.
