Project results evaluation
The main goal of the project was the creation of a doctoral study program in the psychology of work and organization, based on innovation and an international qualification standard, accredited in Czech and English, using foreign experience and attractive to Czech and foreign students with the impact on minimizing inbreeding. Internships were implemented for students who submitted proposals for their non-technical innovations for the organizations in which they completed the internship (e.g. FN Olomouc, Moravian University). A number of foreign internships were implemented, one of the outputs is, for example, a Memorandum of Understanding with Kauno Technologijos Universitetas. More than 30 study aids were created, e.g. bilingual e-learning, bilingual wiki dictionary. As part of the publishing activities, a dictionary creation project entitled "Test diagnostic methods of the psychology of work, organization and transport" was completed in cooperation with 88 students.
