Cílem projektu je propojit DSP andragogika více s empirií, konkrétně se vzděláváním dospělých v organizacích a s personálním rozvojem pracovníků, tedy s rozvojem lidských zdrojů za využití internacionalizace, tedy zahraničních zkušeností, a to jak v oblasti skladby studijního programu (např. Sonstrom, Rachal, Mohn, 2012), tak i osobních zahraničních zkušeností ze zahraničních stáží a od zahraničních konzultantů.

Project results evaluation
The goal of the project was to connect DSP andragogy with empiricism, specifically with adult education in organizations and with personnel development of workers using foreign experiences, both in the field of study program components and personal foreign experiences from foreign internships and from foreign consultants. During the implementation of the project, there were a total of 4 internships abroad, the last one at the University of Pécs (Hungary). Furthermore, seminars and trainings were prepared, cooperation was established with foreign experts, who gave the team international experience, e.g. in accreditation, dissertation topics. Students participated in foreign conferences (e.g. University of Manchester, ESREA in Milan). Syllabus for individual years of study were prepared. A big advantage was the situation around covid-19, when MS Teams, Zoom online courses were prepared with the support of LMS Moodle.
