Další rozvoj experimentálních přístupů při řešení aktuálních medicínských problémů na LF UK v Plzni - akreditace nových oborů doktorského studia

Cílem projektu je akreditace nových DSP v oborech Lékařská biologie a genetika, Lékařská mikrobiologie, Experimentální chirurgie, které budou reagovat na problémy současné medicíny. Tím bude zajištěno vzdělávání odborníků v oblasti antibiotické rezistence a mikrobiologického řešení nemocí spojených se zdravotní péčí, v moderních komplexních postupech experimentální chirurgie a nádorové biologie, kteří budou orientováni v moderních molekulárně genetických diagnostických postupech. Cílem je vychovávat odborníky, kteří budou uplatnitelní a konkurence schopní právě ve zmíněných oblastech ve výzkumu a v klinické praxi. K dosažení tohoto cíle budou v rámci curricula vytvořeny povinné a povinně volitelné semináře, které budou společné pro studenty všech tří nově akreditovaných programů. V první fázi projektu bude provedena analýza potřebnosti s cílem vytyčení základních znalostí pro absolventy. Již nyní však lze vytyčit základní oblasti, mezi které patří: práce s experimentálními zvířaty, bioinformatika, epidemiologie infekcí spojených se zdravotní péčí, základy molekulární mikrobiologické diagnostiky včetně indikace a interpretace, a molekulární patogeneze onemocnění a nové molekulárně genetické diagnostické přístupy.

Project results evaluation
During the project there were accredited 3 doctoral study programs in the fields of Medical Biology and Genetics, Medical Microbiology and Experimental Surgery. This ensures the education of experts in the field of antibiotic resistance and microbiological treatment of diseases associated with health care, in modern complex procedures of experimental surgery and tumor biology. Experts from practice and foreign experts were also involved in the creation of newly accredited study programs, which contributed to the deepening of foreign cooperation.
