Project results evaluation
The Doctoral School for Education in Mathematical Methods and Tools in HPC was established, integrating the doctoral studies of MFF Charles University in Prague, MÚ AV ČR and NSC IT4Innovations VŠB-TUO and building on their broader cooperation in the field of research. Furthermore, the Computer Science PhD programme (VŠB-TUO) has been modernised. The originally planned creation of a double-supervised PhD programme has been replaced by an agreement with a foreign partner to develop cooperation in the implementation of cotutelle dissertations, one dissertation has been started and others are proposed (due to a change in the rules for the implementation of international studies with a foreign partner with effect from 2021). The project has involved experts from practice and abroad, 6 foreign internships of academic staff and 3 foreign internships of students have been realized, students have completed internships with future employers.
