  • Annotation in Czech

Zároveň budou zkoumány a vyvíjeny vhodné stavební materiály a hledány optimální stavebně konstrukční principy, využívající unikátních možností této technologie a využitelné v soudobém stavebnictví a architektuře.

Several interesting results have been achieved within the 3D printing technology research. E.g. there was created a model example of a ground floor house design suitable for implementation by 3D printing and elaborated the principle of sequential printing on the example of a three-storey house and a church in Neratovice. There was also investigated the structural and physical context of these buildings (thermal insulation and thermal accumulation values, required fire resistance). For the purpose of 3D printing, a special fine-grained cement mixture was also developed with the possibility of controlling its properties by adding additives directly in the print head. In the case of research on kinematic structures, for example, the Printing Mantis robotic arm was designed and constructed. It is operated in the laboratories of TUL and will be further used in follow-up projects and within the national network of testbeds of the National Centre for Construction 4.0.
