Cílem projektu je zintenzivnit mezisektorovou a mezioborovou spolupráci v rámci výzkumu změn mobilitního chování populace v kontextu rozvoje vysokorychlostních železnic v ČR. V rámci projektu bude vytvořena odborná platforma propojující výzkumné organizace, subjekty aplikační sféry a instituce veřejné sféry, která se bude komplexně zabývat socioekonomickými dopady tohoto fenoménu na společnost a kvalitu života. Smyslem platformy je účinná výměna zkušeností a znalostí mezi jednotlivými aktéry.

Project results evaluation
In the project there were involved partners from the application sphere: České dráhy, Železničná spoločnost Slovensko, OLTIS Group, Siemens Mobility and Statutory City of Brno. Mutual cooperation took place throughout the project's implementation and is expected to continue even after its completion. Close cooperation also took place with the Railway Administration, the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, the CzechTourism headquarters, the Directorate of Roads and Highways of the Czech Republic, the Office for the Protection of Competition and Kordis JMK. The cooperation was mainly focused on the issue of acquiring data packages, ensuring access to these data and finding the optimal method for their processing. There were also involved foreign partners from England and Austria in the project. The project as a whole provided the basis for further development and advancement of research issues in the field of high-speed railway development.
