Project results evaluation
14 mobilities took place in the project, of which 7 arrivals to the Czech Republic and 7 departures abroad. This supported the professional development of outgoing workers who traveled to top foreign workplaces. Cooperation with these employees is expected even after the end of the project. During their stays abroad, these researchers gained new unique experience that will contribute to the further development of research activities and the application of new methods at the Institute of Microbiology. A mandatory six-month return phase was implemented for all outbound mobilities, during which the results of the mobilities were disseminated. Thanks to this, knowledge and methods from top foreign workplaces were shared. It will contribute to the development of the entire institution. The transfer of foreign experience to the Institute of Microbiology was also mediated by the incoming mobility of quality foreign researchers.
