Project results evaluation
All the set goals of the project have been fulfilled. The strategic management of the research organization was set in accordance with the terms of the European Charter for Researchers and there was also created a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The university won the "HR Award". The strategies and procedures for evaluating employees in the field of research and development were implemented, and the Strategy for International Cooperation in the field of research and development was created.
