Fyzikální ústav AV ČR, v. v. i. se v rámci realizace bude ucházet o získání certifikátu HR Award. Realizace projektu je zaměřena na podporu a rozvoj HR aktivit napříč celým Fyzikálním ústavem. Projekt se dále zaměřuje na rozvoj mezinárodní spolupráce s dalšími světovými vědeckými centry, rozvoj mezisektorové spolupráce a obecně na zpřístupnění vědy široké veřejnosti a u dětí a studentů na iniciování zájmu o nové progresivní technologie a jejich další rozvoj.

Project results evaluation
The Institute of Physics has adopted the principles of the Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the recruitment of researchers in line with the requirements for the "HR Award". In the area of management systems, there were modernised the recruitment strategy, the code of ethics, the staff training and development strategy, the staff welfare strategy, the personnel and payroll system, the international cooperation and internationalisation strategy, the system of cooperation with industry, the regulations on the use of intellectual property and the popularisation of research results, and the introduction of English language in the management structures and administration. All the planned outputs of the project have been achieved.
