Cílem projektu je podpora zahraničního pobytu Ing. Mázl Chánové, Ph.D., zvýšení její kvalifikace a prohloubení spolupráce s ISTM, Keele University, UK v rámci řešení projektu „C-RGD“, který byl hodnocen v rámci výzvy EU MSCA-IF 2016, Horizon 2020. Cílem řešení samotného vědeckého interdisciplinárního projektu "C-RGD" je zaměřeno na snížení cytotoxicity uhlíkových nanotrubek (CNT) a jejich schopnost zároveň vyvolat požadovanou buněčnou odezvu pomocí modifikovaného povrchu (smart surface chemistry).

Project results evaluation
The project supported the researcher's stay abroad at Keele University in Great Britain. As a result, the cooperation between the beneficiary organization and this university was deepened. The research topics were mainly biological models, analytical methods and testing of materials in tissue cultures. The return phase was also evaluated as successful, while there were transferred some new procedures concerning the preparation of three-dimensional matrices for culturing cells based on collagen and polyester nanofibers and procedures for cell analysis in tissue cultures to the Institute of Molecular Chemistry of the ASCR.
