Cílem projektu je obsazení postdoktorandských pozic ve výzkumných týmech na všech fakultách Masarykovy univerzity a na Středoevropském technologickém institutu. Tyto pozice přispějí k posílení vědeckého výkonu a mezinárodní spolupráce na MU. Výsledkem projektu bude 23 pracovních míst postdoků, kteří přispějí k tvorbě kvalitních výzkumných výsledků pod vedením zkušených mentorů. Širším dopadem projektu bude posílení excelence výzkumu v Brně a Jihomoravském kraji.

Project results evaluation
A total of 26 mobilities were financed from the project. Their great contribution was the establishment of cooperation with international universities, which enriched the research teams with new methodologies and procedures. There was a deepening of international cooperation and expansion of contacts, which contributed to increasing the prestige of Masaryk University. Individual workplaces established cooperation with many foreign workplaces - for example from Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, Great Britain, Poland, but also from the USA. Thanks to the project, cooperation among workplaces at the faculties was also expanded and strengthened, and interfaculty cooperation was established and interdisciplinary projects for internal MU schemes were prepared.
