Cílem projektu je rozvoj internacionalizace lidských zdrojů a navázání či prohloubení mezinárodní spolupráce. Realizovány budou výjezdové i příjezdové mobility výzkumných pracovníků (juniorských a seniorských). Koncept projektu je zasazen do širšího geografického i chronologického rámce evropského prostoru a je zaměřen na studium archeologického a archeobiologického materiálu v kontextu historických migrací, klimatických změn a hospodářských strategií.

"During the project, 5 trips of researchers were made to institutions in Germany, Finland, France and Great Britain. These were internships lasting 3-14 months. In addition there was financed one arrival of a foreign researcher at the Institute of Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic for a duration of 6 months. The topics of these mobilities were related to the activities of the Institute of Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The project contributed to the deepening and intensification of cooperation with foreign research workplaces and to the mutual exchange and sharing of experience and information between the participating entities. "
