Project results evaluation
As part of the project, five junior and senior workers of IE traveled abroad. The project contributed to increasing the internationalization of the IE and gaining new experience with national and international projects. Supported scientists stayed at prestigious workplaces, gained important international contacts and participated in research and other activities at the visited institutions. Thanks to the support, they improved their abilities to build independent research teams, train students and doctoral students, give lectures or increase their chances of obtaining targeted funding for research and development in national and international programs. The project brought positive results both for the supported workers (e.g. winning an MSCA scholarship) and for the IE (involvement in the preparation of international research projects). IE workers also gained contacts with top capacities in their field of specialization and got acquainted with the latest research theories and methods.
