Hlavním cílem projektu je realizace mezinárodních mobilit výzkumných pracovníků jako součást zvýšení excelence jak pracoviště Národního ústavu pro duševní zdraví, tak samotných vědců. Dojde tak k rozvoji lidských zdrojů ve výzkumu formou podpory mobilit výzkumných pracovníků. Skrze jednotlivé mobility podpoříme 7 oblastí výzkumu v rámci NUDZ.

Project results evaluation
During the project, there were 5 arrivals of foreign scientists lasting from three to six months. The project brought new ideas, international contacts and innovative methodologies to the scientific teams of NIMH, which will be used in scientific projects. Scientists participating in mobilities within the project mainly specialized in neuroscience and related fields. These research mobilities are key to strengthening international cooperation, the exchange of knowledge and methodological approaches, and thus also to the improvement of scientific results and innovation. Each of the scientists dealt with a specific research topic in the field of neuroscience and neurobiology, and brought their expertise and experience to NIMH.
