Project results evaluation
During the implementation of the IKAROS VĚDA project at UTB in Zlín, there was completed an integrated and complex system of strategic management and research organization of the Tomas Bata University in Zlín. It included the development of methodologies and strategies for the management of science and research, systematic development of the capacities, knowledge and skills of managerial, research and other staff of TBU in Zlín in order to increase their professional capacity for the management of the research organization and to create conditions for international competitiveness and the implementation of excellent research. This main objective was fulfilled by the implementation of sub-objectives, within the framework of which, among others, various methodological and strategic documents were developed. Since 2022, their implementation in the internal management environment of the University has also been ongoing in four areas: institutional, normative, managerial and control.
