Cílem projektu je podpora rozvoje kapacit, znalostí a dovedností pracovníků JU za účelem zvýšení jejich odborných dovedností. Základním nástrojem/produktem projektu je podpora strategického nastavení řízení JU v souladu s inovativními postupy užívanými na předních světových výzkumných organizacích. Projekt navazuje a obsahově vhodně doplňuje již realizovaný synergický projekt Rozvoj JU - Kapacity pro VaV v rámci kterého JU již zahájil proces získání a udržení "ocenění" HR Award.

Project results evaluation
The project contributed to the development of the knowledge and skills of managerial, research and other employees of the research organization in the field of strategic R&D management and its setting in the organization, which took place in accordance with the conditions of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. In particular, there was the strategic setting and development of the internal evaluation of the research organization, the setting and development of international cooperation in research and development, and the setting of intersectoral cooperation in technology transfer.
